This appears to be taken on South Main Street looking toward the center of Town. The building on the left is the Ann Inn, razed in 1941 and now the site of Town Park. The building in the center, to the right of the road, in the Bank Building. The cupola in the middle is on the Durgin Building. The area was called Post Office Square because the Post Office was in the Avery Building (not visible in this photo) at the time. C. 1930.
