The Tonimar (misspelled on this card) was another of the dual purpose boats, carrying passengers and delivering mail. Mail service began in 1941 and continued into the 1960's. The regular route between Alton Bay and Wolfeboro serviced islands and summer camps. Card is dated 1944.
