The Tannery Hill bridge in Gilford is located right behind the Fire Station on Route 11A. While not an old bridge, its construction is true to original construction methods. Built in 1995, it is for pedestrians and connects the Gilford Town Hall with the rest of the nearby town center. It crosses the Gunstock Brook and is named for the tannery that once stood in the area. A small park is a good place to stop for lunch.
